COPD risk slider

The COPD risk slider supports the initiation of a conversation with your patients about their COPD and to identify any potential risk of exacerbation or worsening of symptoms.

The COPD risk slider is a tool which can be easily used by primary care healthcare professionals in their normal 10-20 minute consultation to assess exacerbation risk in their COPD patients.

It will support healthcare professionals and pharmacists to:

  • assess their COPD patients for risk of potential worsening of symptoms/exacerbations,
  • initiate conversations with their patients about their COPD,
  • make informed decisions on treatment and medication, and
  • provide effective, and tailored, information and advice and guidance to reduce any exacerbation risk identified.

Please click here to access the online version of the COPD risk slider. To order physical copies, please email [email protected]
