Please review our booking terms and conditions prior to registering for conference.

  • Delegate places at the conference are limited and offered on a first-come, first served basis. Places cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received

  • Cancellation charges will apply (25% on cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event, 50% if cancelled within four weeks of the event but no more than 5 days before the event, 100% if cancelled within 5 days of the event)

  • PCRS reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice

  • In the event that the conference is cancelled or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of PCRS, the registration fees will be refunded in full. The total liability of PCRS shall be limited to that refund only and it shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense howsoever arising

  • Delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance cover

  • To be eligible for the member's conference rates, you must be a PCRS member at the time of registration, and at the time of attending conference

Telford International Centre is a contemporary purpose-built conference and exhibition centre in Shropshire.

Accommodation

We have negotiated special rates for accommodation at The Telford International Centre partner hotels. Rates available until the 27th June 2024 on a first come first served basis
