Course elements

The PCRS Respiratory Leadership Programme is designed to fit around the schedule of busy healthcare professionals.

The course structure is a blend of self-directed learning, a one-day high intensity workshop, a one day group meeting and peer to peer support. 

  • Pre-course digital content to view and listen to allowing you to fit around family and work commitments
  • A one-day workshop led by experienced and expert facilitator, Catherine Blackaby allowing you focused dedicated time away from distraction to facilitate learning
  • Resources, including relevant reading materials, webinars and podcasts available to download or link to from the PCRS membership dashboard to facilitate self directed learning in your own time and at your own pace
  • Dedicated time at conference to facilitate networking and sharing of experiences
  • A follow-up group meeting to embed learning
  •  The opportunity to attend a live webinar on Tiny HabitsTM* by accredited trainer Dr Katherine Hickman.
