Health Education England elearning for healthcare, in partnership with NHS England and NHS Improvement, Accelerated Access Collaborative, WAHSN, AHSN Network, and the Office for Life Sciences, developed two elearning modules focused on FeNO in Asthma. These elearning modules are designed to enhance awareness of FeNO testing to support increasing the test’s uptake whilst also ensuring health care professionals are provided with the knowledge and skills required for the optimal use of this simple and safe test in the diagnosis and management of asthma.

According to the Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) asthma control is assessed in two domains: symptom control and risk of adverse outcomes.  Poor symptom control is budensome to patients and increases the risk of exacerbations, but patients with good symptom control can still have severe exacerbations.[1]
