Stand Options
Included in the exhibiting package: one 500 watt socket plus;
  • 6m x 2m stands = three complimentary exhibitors - including refreshments and lunch for both days and access to all programme sessions (accommodation and social dinner are not included). 
  • 4m x 2m & 3m x 2m stands = two complimentary exhibitors - including refreshments and lunch for both days and access to all programme sessions (accommodation and social dinner are not included). 

Further exhibitors (a maximum of three additional) will be charged at the standard commercial rates.

NB: Bookings are not confirmed until a signed agreement is received. Prices exclude 20% VAT.

Package 1 - complimentary table-top stand - to include a 6ft x 2ft table and 2 chairs. Exhibitors for the stand (up to 2 people) can be registered at the exclusive rate of £240 per person for the two days - inclusive of refreshments and lunch for both days and access to all programme sessions and social dinner on the Friday evening. Accommodation is not included.

Package 2 - table-top stand for £250 - to include a 6ft x 2ft table and 2 chairs and 2 complimentary exhibitor places - inclusive of refreshments and lunch for both days and access to all programme sessions. This does not include the social dinner on Friday evening or any accommodation.

*Please note that electrical sockets are not available with either package.
