Heather Field
Heather has international experience as a senior leader in the not-for-profit and health care sectors. She specialises in programme development and implementation, taking complex challenges, distilling, data and information and engaging teams to deliver positive outcomes for the community.
Heather studied and worked in Japan before moving to Canada. Working for a global communications agency, she co-produced programmes with the charitable sector before moving to a senior role at Canada’s largest Financial Institution, RBC. She led a national arts and community strategy then hung up her own shingle, consulting to Boards and executives on strategy, programme development and implementation. Direct experience in membership-based charities taught Heather about the rigor of leveraging data and creating segmented approaches to engage communities and create change.
After returning to the UK, Heather began working for the NHS on several programmes including the Population Health Management Approach to Respiratory Care.
