Sarah Elkin
Sarah Elkin is a consultant integrated respiratory physician at Imperial College Healthcare trust and a Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London. She leads the multidisciplinary integrated respiratory team working across the acute community and primary care space across the inner boroughs of North West London, supporting the correct diagnosis of respiratory diseases, improving COPD and asthma care, supporting oxygen services, Pulmonary Rehabilitation & supported discharge and virtual wards. She is co-chair of the North West London respiratory clinical reference group and co- clinical director for the London Respiratory network (NHSe/i).She is also leading a piece of work for the national policy unit(Respiratory NHSe/i) on Integrated respiratory care. She is fully committed to the principles of adding value to systems through collaborative care, and to bringing specialist care closer to the patient.
