The Respiratory Leadership programme is designed to help you to grow in confidence, overcome workplace isolation and understand and develop your leadership style. It will enhance your skills in communication, motivation of teams, and improve your ability to influence and negotiate change. You will be equipped with tools and techniques to tackle complex problems that are part and parcel of delivering an effective health care service today.

If you weren't able to commit to our Respiratory Leadership Programme this year, you can still join us for our leadership workshop in November.
Focusing on 'the Healthy Leader', this one day high intensity workshop will be held on the 16th November, 10:00 - 16:00, held at the Studio in Birmingham. During the workshop you’ll be taking on new skills and refreshing your knowledge on:
- Self awareness, self care
- Active listening
- How we respond to others
- Preparing evidence to support your theory and plan
- Succeeding with your plan – preparing a business case
Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend a live webinar on Tiny HabitsTM* by accredited trainer Dr Katherine Hickman.

This workshop is available to PCRS members only.
A refundable deposit of £50 is taken when registering for this event and refunded subject to attendance at the November meeting.
