Supported self mangement case histories

Primary Care Respiratory Update produces a regular feature article where we explore how healthcare professionals can support self-management in a range of conditions.  These include:-

 

  • December 2017: Dr Vince Mak describes a case history of a teenage girl with asthma.   Dr Luke Daines, Carol Stonham and Dr Andrew Whittamore provide feedback from their own perspectives as to how to support self-management and provide a holistic response in this case. 
  • April 2018: Dr Iain Small describes a case history of a child with asthma who develops a respiratory infection.  Dr Duncan Keeley, Laura Rush and Dr Katherine Hickman provide feedback from their own perspectives as to how to support self-management and provide a holistic response in this case.
