The established PCRS respiratory leadership programme has evolved into a dynamic three-year rolling programme designed so you can join at any point and participate in the sessions most relevant to your professional development.

This two-day workshop will focus on building the case for change, exploring why projects fail, what you need to succeed, keeping on track, and engaging the right people. Our expert facilitator and contributors will guide you through the current policy landscape in primary care and explore the opportunities and challenges posed by AI. There will also be plenty of opportunities to practise using tools, skills and knowledge to apply to your own practice.
